We conducted this case-control study to investigate the genetic role of IL-1β+3954C/T, IL-6-174G/C, IL-6-572C/G, IL-10-1082A/G, and IL-10-819C/T in the development of coronary artery disease (CAD) in a Chinese population. Polymorphisms IL-1β+3954C/T, IL-6-174G/C, IL-6-572C/G, IL-10-1082A/G, and IL-10-819C/T were determined by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism assay.
